Privacy choices and notice

Optional measurement

Necessary security, routing, and preference storage remain active. Optional tools default on only where an opt-out model is used. They remain off until affirmative consent in designated opt-in regions. IP-country classification is approximate and does not establish residency.

Notice at collection

pagerankkings.com is operated as part of the PageRank Kings LLC website network. This supplemental notice covers the network measurement installed on this domain. A product-specific privacy notice may describe additional account, transaction, support, community, or content data.

Where local law permits an opt-out model, first-party analytics, Google Analytics, and HubSpot measurement start by default. They remain off until affirmative consent in designated opt-in regions. Advertising signals require a separate affirmative selection everywhere. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal disables optional measurement and advertising signals.

We use this information to understand audiences and campaign performance, maintain and improve pages, diagnose failures, measure interactions and conversions, prevent abuse, and support customer relationships. Depending on the tool and local law, the basis may be consent or a legitimate business interest subject to applicable rights.

Measurement providers may process information in the United States and other countries under their contractual safeguards. Current measurement providers are Google Analytics and HubSpot. We may also disclose information to hosting, security, professional, or legal-service providers when needed to operate the service or comply with law.

Information and retention

First-party event records include hostname, country code, page path without its query string, page title, referring origin and path, approved campaign parameters and click identifiers, pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers, language, time zone, coarse screen class, browser user-agent, interaction and conversion metadata, performance metrics, connectivity and PWA lifecycle events, and a daily rotating network identifier derived from the connection address. Email addresses and phone numbers in links are reduced to the link type before collection. We do not intentionally collect form-field contents, passwords, payment details, precise location, raw IP addresses, or browser fingerprints in the measurement event store.

Choices and pseudonymous identifiers may persist for up to 395 days. Event records are retained for no longer than 395 days unless a shorter operational period is adopted or preservation is required for security, disputes, or law.

To request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or an applicable opt-out or appeal, contact [email protected]. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.

United States privacy rights

Residents of jurisdictions with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of covered personal data, and to opt out of covered sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Use Necessary only above to opt out of optional measurement on this browser, send a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, or email us. Where an appeal right applies, reply to our decision with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line.

We do not sell personal information for money through this measurement layer. Enabling advertising signals may be treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some laws; those signals are off unless you affirmatively select them and are always off when GPC is active. We do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children and sensitive information

This measurement layer is not designed to collect form contents, exact location, government identifiers, payment data, health data, or other sensitive information. Do not submit sensitive information through ordinary website forms. Advertising signals are not enabled by default, including on family-oriented properties.
