Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Keep data only as long as the business, security, contractual and legal purpose requires, then delete or de-identify it through the applicable system.

Leads and CRM

Contact and project inquiry records may remain while the opportunity, customer relationship, support history or related legal obligation is active, subject to verified correction or deletion requests.

Project records and files

Signed-in intake records and private uploads support scoping and delivery. Unaccepted uploads may be removed after an operational review period; contracted project retention follows the written agreement and backup lifecycle.

Arcade records

Public nickname, score, wave and date may remain for board integrity. Private email, consent, fraud-review and session records are retained only for administration, security, disputes and any separately accepted subscription.

Logs and backups

Security and request logs use shorter operational windows where practical. Deleted data can persist temporarily in protected backups until normal rotation completes.
