VENDOR LISTINGS NEED
REAL ATTENDANCE AND REAL RIGHTS.
These terms explain the PageRank Kings event-vendor submission, logo license, public fields, approval gate, correction process and the difference between a directory listing and an organizer booth contract.
Event Vendor Listing Terms
Submitting a vendor application does not buy, reserve or guarantee a booth, sponsorship, ticket, endorsement, lead, sale or event-organizer relationship. Official event inventory and contracts come only from the organizer or its authorized representative.
Who may submit
An authorized business representative may submit accurate information for an organization that plans to attend, exhibit, sponsor, provide services or participate in another clearly described capacity. The submitter must have authority to share the logo, public name, website and description.
Private and public fields
Contact name, email, phone, booth needs, source material and review notes stay private unless a separate permission or legal requirement applies. After approval, PageRank Kings may display only the public name, vendor type, description, website and logo covered by the listing-consent checkbox.
Logo license
The submitter grants PageRank Kings a non-exclusive, revocable license to store, resize and display the submitted logo only for the approved event listing and related directory presentation. The submitter keeps ownership and confirms the submission does not violate another party's trademark, copyright or contract rights.
Review, rejection and removal
PageRank Kings may verify the event relationship, request a source, edit for clarity without changing meaning, reject unsupported claims, mark the listing pending, remove stale information or decline a submission. A listing can be corrected or removed after a verified request from the vendor, rights holder or organizer.
No endorsement or event affiliation
An approved listing reports a reviewed participation claim; it is not a PageRank Kings product endorsement or a statement that the organizer endorses PageRank Kings. Event names and marks belong to their respective owners. The official organizer remains the source for exhibitors, sponsors and vendor availability.
Accuracy and prohibited submissions
Do not submit false attendance, impersonation, unlawful goods, malware, misleading health or financial claims, explicit content, discriminatory material, credentials, customer records or files you do not have the right to share. Raster uploads are size- and type-limited and remain private until approval.
Retention and contact
Pending and approved records may be retained to operate, audit and protect the listing workflow. Rejected or withdrawn records and private logos are removed or restricted according to the PageRank Kings data-retention process and backup rotation. Requests can be sent to [email protected].
Marketing permission is optional. Operational messages about a vendor application, correction, legal issue or removal request do not depend on marketing consent.
