AI Services Addendum
Terms for metered AI integration, retrieval, automation and customer-owned provider connections.
Separate provider billing
A ChatGPT subscription does not include production API usage. AI plans use a PageRank Kings-managed metered provider project or a customer-owned provider account as identified in the order.
Allowance and overage
The order states any included provider-cost allowance, measurement period and response at the limit: pause, downgrade, seek approval or bill an agreed overage. Unlimited provider usage is not promised.
Accuracy and human review
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Material legal, financial, medical, employment, safety, access and publishing decisions require qualified human review and cannot be delegated solely to the system.
Customer knowledge and permissions
The customer confirms it has authority to supply content and data used for retrieval or fine-tuning. Secrets, unrelated personal data and prohibited content must not be submitted.
Provider changes
Models, limits, pricing and behavior can change. PageRank Kings may use a reasonably comparable provider or require a revised scope when a third-party change materially affects cost, risk or capability.
Use Support or call (203) 200-0699. Identity or authority may need verification before account, file or personal-data action.
