Ownership and license boundaries for customer content, finished deliverables, reusable PageRank Kings technology and third-party components.
Customer material
The customer retains rights it already owns in authorized logos, copy, photographs and data and grants the limited license needed to build, host, test and support the ordered service.
Finished deliverables
After full payment, the customer receives the ownership or operating license expressly stated in the order for approved customer-specific deliverables.
Retained technology
PageRank Kings retains its pre-existing code, reusable framework, libraries, generalized components, development tools, platform infrastructure, internal automation, methods and know-how unless a separate buyout says otherwise.
Third-party components
Open-source, commercial and provider components remain governed by their own licenses. PageRank Kings identifies material license obligations appropriate to the delivered product.
