Terms for optional Care 30, Care 90 and Growth Care work performed in addition to the Platform Account.
Eligible work
Routine content and configuration changes that fit the selected allowance may be submitted through the customer portal. New systems, custom features, emergency response, redesigns and large migrations require separate scope.
Allowances and expiration
The plan identifies an approximate monthly time allowance. Unused time expires at the end of the billing period unless an accepted order expressly provides otherwise.
Queue and priority
Maintenance plans establish a request channel and relative queue priority, not guaranteed completion of unlimited requests. PageRank Kings communicates when a request exceeds the remaining allowance.
Approval for more work
Work beyond the plan is performed only after the customer accepts an hourly or fixed-scope price, unless the order contains a separate preapproved limit.
