Terms for the recurring PageRank Kings Platform Account that keeps an eligible website or PWA hosted and managed.
Recurring service
The Platform Account covers the stated shared infrastructure, deployment, SSL, baseline monitoring, security baseline, backups, account and support access. It is separate from active content or development maintenance.
Finite resources
Storage, CPU, memory, bandwidth, database, backup and support limits are finite and admin controlled. High-resource systems can require a dedicated infrastructure scope and different price.
Availability and maintenance
PageRank Kings uses reasonable operational care but does not promise uninterrupted service unless an accepted order includes a specific service level. Planned maintenance and emergency security work may affect availability.
Payment failure
A failed payment triggers configurable notices and a cure period before limitation or suspension. Data is retained for the period stated in the accepted order before deletion or archive; one failed payment does not cause immediate destruction.
Cancellation and export
Online cancellation stops renewal according to the disclosed effective date. The customer receives clear information about service end, export options, domain transfer and the applicable data-retention period.
