Project Submission & File Terms

Submit only materials needed to evaluate or perform the requested technology work and only when you have authority to provide them.

Your ownership

You retain rights you already hold in submitted logos, art, documents and data. Submission gives PageRank Kings a limited permission to receive, inspect, copy and process the material for intake, security review, scoping and authorized delivery.

Confidentiality boundary

A public intake form is not a substitute for a negotiated NDA or secure credential exchange. Do not upload passwords, private keys, production database exports, payment-card data, health data or other regulated records unless an approved secure channel and agreement exist.

File safety

Files may be limited by type and size, renamed, quarantined, scanned, rejected or deleted. Upload acceptance does not certify that content is safe, complete, licensed or compatible with the proposed build.

Project acceptance

Receiving a brief or file does not accept the job, price, deadline or ownership transfer. Those obligations begin only through an authorized written agreement.
