Terms of Service

Public tools, planning ranges and educational content are provided for general information. A project, hosting service, partnership or assignment begins only under a written scope or agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

• No public page, cart, planner or project intake is a binding quote
• Availability, price, scope, deadline and staffing require written confirmation
• Project acceptance requires authorized agreement to deliverables, exclusions and approval rights
• Intellectual-property ownership and licenses follow the written agreement
• Customer-provided files must be lawful, authorized and safe to process
• Third-party platforms, embeds, maps and payment providers keep their own terms
• Hosting capacity, support windows, recovery objectives and service credits require a written service schedule
• Public educational, AI and planning output must be independently reviewed before high-impact use
• Abuse, scraping, leaderboard manipulation and security interference are prohibited
• No confidential credential or regulated dataset belongs in a public intake
• Liability allocation, warranties and dispute terms may be expanded by a signed project agreement
• Connecticut law applies unless an authorized written agreement states otherwise
